Splanc is published in 3 chapters, one per school term. Therefore the material is always up to date.
Each chapter contains
- specially written articles on current affairs, sport, music, films, technology etc
- comprehension pieces
- vocabulary development and oral exercises
- grammar excercises
- prose and poetry appreciation
- a (free) CD and a script for each class. This will contain aural comprehension pieces in each dialect, Munster, Ulster and Connaught with questions in the relevant chapter.
